Redinger & Morris L.L.P.
We formed the law firm of Redinger & Morris in Canton, Ohio, in 1998. However, our experience as lawyers goes back much further. We have nearly 40 years of combined experience representing clients who face legal issues such as Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, divorce and marriage dissolution, child custody disputes, criminal charges, wills and estates, and landlord-tenant issues.
Aggressive Representation
Many attorneys learn to practice law in the back room of a law firm, doing legal research for a senior partner. We cut our legal teeth in the courtroom. As young lawyers, we were often pitted against seasoned attorneys with well financed clients. In order to best assist our clients, we would scour the statutes to find novel legal arguments to provide an advantage for our clients. The experience gave us a wealth of courtroom experience and molded us into aggressive, detail oriented attorneys in seeking advantages for our clients.
We are seen by judges and other attorneys as hard working, straight shooting attorneys who don’t miss any advantage that we can obtain for our clients.
Community Involvement
We are also lawyers who believe in giving back to the community. We are deeply involved in the Canton community. Jonathan Morris has served on the board of directors for several nonprofit organizations and volunteers time in the community helping agencies. Ivan Redinger has served on several boards, including the Canton Fair Housing Commission. Ivan and Jonathan have held leadership positions in local lawyer organizations, including their local bar association.
Convenient Office Location
Our law office is located in on Cleveland Avenue in the center of downtown Canton. We are half a block from the Stark County Courthouse and within a block of the Canton Municipal Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the Family and Juvenile court, the Probate Court and the Fifth District Court of Appeals.
